About Catherine H. Jacobs

As founder and owner of Outsource Opportunities, Catherine H. Jacobs, CLU, ChFC, CFP, CDP is a Financial and Estate planner with over 10 years of experience in the investment, insurance and banking industries. She has created financial plans based on her clients' objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon.

Catherine is a recognized teacher with the Louisiana Consortium of Insurance and Financial Services, where she initiated and developed all courses listed by the Consortium. Courses in financial planning are given at Barksdale Air Force Base (Bossier City, LA) and via satellite broadcasting in Orleans, Jefferson and the Baton Rouge parishes. Her financial planning course for students is distributed to all high schools in Louisiana.
